Over-Exfoliated Skin — skin that has been exfoliated too often or too aggressively, stripping away more of the protective surface layer than it can replace. It typically becomes shiny or tight, unusually sensitive, and prone to stinging, redness, and breakouts despite looking superficially smooth.
