Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Non-Refundable. Please note that due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, all cosmetic products purchased from SYNC BEAUTY are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products and to comply with health regulations.
Exceptions. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of damaged or defective products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at hello@syncbeauty.com within 2 days of receipt with your order number and description of the issue. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow us 5 working days to review your request.
Exchanges. We do not offer exchanges for cosmetic products. If you are unsure about a product, we recommend reviewing our detailed product descriptions, ingredients list, and customer reviews before making a purchase.
