These are the terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) for the use of services or features on our website www.syncbeauty.com including the online store (hereinafter the “Website”) which is owned and controlled by MNKY GROUP LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with incorporation number HE434658 and registered office at Archiepiskopou Makariou III avenue, 155, Proteas House, 5th floor, 3026, Limassol, Cyprus  (hereinafter the “Sync Beauty”, “us”, “we”, “our”). Any reference to “you” or “your” means the user of the Website.

By accessing and using our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms described in this Terms of Use.

ACCOUNT CREATION 

1. 1. When you create an account, you must provide your name, email address, and choose a password. You may create an account even if you do not intend to make an immediate or future online purchase of products.
   2. You are fully and exclusively responsible for keeping your account information confidential and must not share it with any third parties. If someone accesses our site or services using your account information, we will assume that it is you or your authorized representative. You are solely responsible for all activities and orders associated with your account.
      
   3. Sync Beauty disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the use of your account by third parties due to unauthorized access or use, unless you have promptly notified Sync Beauty at hello@syncbeauty.com.

We reserve the right to take necessary or reasonable actions to protect the security of the Website and your account, which may include terminating your account, changing your password, or requesting additional information to verify transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, indications of bad faith, illegal activity, or unconventional use of the Website (whether discovered by Sync Beauty or reported by a third party). In such cases, your details may be retained to prevent re-registration.

ONLINE ORDER PLACEMENT 

1. 1. You must be at least 16 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on our Website. If you are under 16 or the age of majority in your area, you are not permitted to make purchases on our Website.
   2. Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, subject to these terms of use. All orders are contingent on product availability and confirmation of the order price.
   3. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used for the purchase, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products.

PRODUCT PLACEMENT

1. 1. Accuracy of information: We make every effort to accurately display the images, colours, descriptions, and other details of our products. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or error-free nature of the information presented. Also, due to variations in monitors and screen settings, the colours you see may differ from the actual product.
   2. Pricing: Sync Beauty makes every effort to ensure that the prices listed on the Website are accurate; however, as errors may occur we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even if payment has already been requested or received. If a pricing error is discovered for a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled, and any amounts paid will be fully reimbursed. Sync Beauty is not obligated to provide any product at an incorrect lower price, even if a shipping confirmation has been sent, if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably be recognized as such.
   3. Stock availability of products: Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or issue a refund.

RESALES PROHIBITED

1. 1. You are not permitted to sell or resell any products you purchase or receive from Sync Beauty without our prior written consent. Sync Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion and with or without notice, to cancel or limit the quantity of any order that may violate these terms.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. 1. Before Shipment. You can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at hello@syncbeauy.com within 2 hours after placing your order. We will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow us 5 working days to process your cancellation request.
      
   2. Order Validation and Confirmation. After placing your order, it is subject to further validation checks that we may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email serves as our acceptance of your order. If your order fails these checks, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and you will be notified accordingly. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
      
      

       

       

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. 1. Non-Refundable. Please note that due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, all cosmetic products purchased from SYNC BEAUTY are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products and to comply with health regulations.
   2. Exceptions. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of damaged or defective products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at hello@syncbeauty.com within 2 days of receipt with your order number and description of the issue. We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow us 5 working days to review your request.
      
   3. Exchanges.  We do not offer exchanges for cosmetic products. If you are unsure about a product, we recommend reviewing our detailed product descriptions, ingredients list, and customer reviews before making a purchase.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

When using the Website, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. 1. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Website.
   2. Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive behaviour, including but not limited to impersonating another user, providing false information, or attempting to use invalid payment methods.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

3. You will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account;

4. You are not a minor.

If Sync Beauty fails to meet its contractual or legal obligations in a timely and appropriate manner due to the use of inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect personal data provided by you, Sync Beauty will not be held responsible. Furthermore, you agree to assume full and exclusive responsibility for any damages or losses incurred by Sync Beauty as a result of the provision of inaccurate, outdated, or incorrect information by you.
