SYNC BEAUTY – “Gift With Purchase: Christmas Promotion”

Terms and Conditions


1. Promotion Period


The SYNC BEAUTY “Gift With Purchase: Christmas Promotion” (the “Promotion”) runs from 1 December 2025 to 20 December 2025, inclusive.
The winner will be announced on 25 December 2025 via the official SYNC BEAUTY Instagram account @syncbeauty.co.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or older worldwide.

To enter, the participant must purchase the Lip Liners Trio exclusively through the official SYNC BEAUTY website: www.syncbeauty.com.


Purchases made through any other retailers or third-party websites do not qualify for entry.


During checkout, the participant must provide a valid email address to allow SYNC BEAUTY to contact them if selected as the winner.

 

3. Entry to the Promotion

  • Every eligible purchase of the Lip Liners Trio made between 1 December and 20 December 2025 automatically counts as one (1) entry into the Promotion.
  • Participants may place multiple separate orders, and each qualifying order will count as a separate entry.
  • By entering the Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

 

4. The Prize

  • One (1) participant will win a Juste Un Clou Bracelet, Small Model in Yellow Gold (the “Prize”).
  • There will be one guaranteed winner.
  • Purchasing the Lip Liners Trio does not guarantee winning the Prize; the winner will be selected randomly.

 

5. Winner Selection and Announcement

  • The winner will be chosen using a random selection tool from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The announcement will be made via an Instagram Reel on 25 December 2025 on the official SYNC BEAUTY Instagram page @syncbeauty.co.
  • During the announcement, participants’ first names or email handles may appear publicly as part of the participant list displayed in the video.
  • By entering the Promotion, participants agree to this possible limited public disclosure.

 

6. Contacting the Winner

  • The winner will be contacted by SYNC BEAUTY via the email provided at checkout on 25 December 2025.
  • The winner must reply within 7 days with a convenient delivery address and date to receive the Prize.
  • Failure to respond within 7 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

 

7. Prize Delivery and Recording

  • The delivery or gifting of the Prize will be recorded by a SYNC BEAUTY representative for verification and promotional purposes.
  • By entering the Promotion, the winner agrees to be filmed during this process and grants SYNC BEAUTY the right to use this material for promotional and marketing purposes across digital platforms.

8. General Conditions

  • The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  • SYNC BEAUTY reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any participant engaged in fraudulent activity or who breaches these Terms.

9. Acceptance of Terms


By entering the Promotion, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of SYNC BEAUTY available on www.syncbeauty.com.
